 Kali---Kali
is an ancient martial art from the Phillipines. Also known as Escrima
or Arnis, this martial art encompasses a huge variety of weapons and
empty hands techniques. The weapons and empty hand techniques are
interchangeable. There are many subdivisions of this art. We train in
the complete art of Kali.

Weapons of Kali: We practice the single stick, double sticks, stick and dagger, single and double daggers, the pocket stick, swords and machetes.
__________________ Kali Empty Hands are the techniques of Filipino Boxing (Panantukan),
Kicking
(Sikeran), and joint locks and wrestling (Dumog). __________________
Jeet
Kune Do The
martial art created by the late Bruce Lee. His goal was to create a
more efficient combat system that allowed each individual to develop
his own natural and personal style of martial art and be to free from
the restraints of classical martial arts. "using no way as a way, using no limitations as a limitation." (BRUCE
LEE)
The
beginning student will first learn the basics of Jun Fan Gung Fu (Bruce
Lee's style of kickboxing), and then progress into the more advanced
techniques of Jeet Kune Do and JKD concepts.
Muay
Thai Also
known as Thai Boxing, this is the national martial art of Thailand. This striking art is famous for the power of its
leg kicks, knees, and elbows.
Although it is a ring sport, it is also very effective in self defense
and blends well with the other martial arts we practice.
 Pentjak Silat Pentjak
Silat is the martial art of Southeast Asia. There are
many Silat styles. Silat is practiced throughout Southeast Asia in countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Borneo
and the Southern Phillipines. Our system comes from the islands of Sumatra and West Java in Indonesia. Silat is a
weapons and empty hand system that
employs many techniques including joint locks, throws, grappling,
striking and more. It is a complete fighting art.
